The tournament will be played under the patronage of 'Dubai Cricket Council'. It will be held at 'Fairgrounds Oval' situated in Dubai Mens College at Academic city-DXB. It will be held during the period of 25 April 2013 to 24 May 2013. The registration completion date is 25 March 2013.

The tournament entry fees is 15,000 AED.

Teams will be provided with the color kits, meals on the ground and players will get cash prizes for their performances.

The winning amount is 35,000 AED and Runners up will get 20,000 AED cash as prize money.
